Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Potato Flakes (additive-free)
  • 1/2 cup Noochy Licious Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 1 tsp Himalayan or Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Filtered Water
  • 1 cup Organic Plant Based Yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Organic Soy Milk or Plant Based Milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 90 seconds or until silky and warm.
  • The white sauce will be hot out of the blender. The cheese sauce will continue to thicken as it cools slightly.
  • It can be served warm or cool.
  • Store in your refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • You can also use Organic Cassava flour in place of the potato flakes if you cannot find them organic. The consitency may be a bit thicker so you have to play with it and the water amount.
  • If you do not use soy, you can replace it with another plant based milk like almond or coconut. The coconut milk may change the flavor a bit.
  • Many people like to add roasted red peppers for added flavor.Ā
